The church was single-nave, with a dome and painted in Cyrillic script. Part of the fresco fragments, where Cyrillic letters can be identified, indicate that the church was painted. Around the church, a larger medieval necropolis has been recorded. More than 50 grave structures have been discovered, researched, and documented.<\/p>\n<p>To the east and southeast of the church, there is a necropolis with registered finds characteristic of the Late Bronze\u2013Early Iron Age, the Roman period, and this church as well. Finds typical of Macedonian-Hellenistic artifacts from the 3rd\u20132nd centuries BCE have also been recorded. Ceramic vessels, cups, bowls, inventory items, and more have been discovered.
