An individual residential building of old town architecture.
This building is among the most representative structures within the architectural ensemble of Novo Selo. It features rich architectural articulation expressed through volumes and the spaces of the porch and the open chardak (gallery).
A shop was once located on the ground floor. The building has been preserved in its original appearance and remains authentic. A project for its full reconstruction exists, according to which a new structure has been built with a contemporary approach while retaining its original look.
The building serves as an excellent example of how a historic structure can be reconstructed and adapted to modern living.
