An individual residential building of old town architecture. The building consists of a basement, ground floor, and one upper floor. A shop is located on the ground floor. The courtyard is accessed through a wooden gate set within a high stone boundary wall.
The exterior is enriched with projecting bay windows (erkers) supported by wooden consoles. In 1994, part of the house collapsed due to deterioration, after which the owner carried out a complete reconstruction in accordance with a reconstruction project. As a result, the new building retains all the elements of the original structure.
It is a true example of a fully reconstructed building of traditional old-town architecture.
