An individual residential building of old town architecture.
The building consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. It is designed with a symmetrical arrangement of windows on both upper levels, with a small cantilevered terrace on the second floor featuring a wrought iron railing. Until recently, the ground floor was used for the family’s economic activities.
The ground floor is constructed of stone, while the upper floors are built using a bondruk (timber-frame) system. The building has been preserved in its original condition and is still inhabited. It retains all the details necessary for the development of a future conservation project.
Together with the surrounding buildings on the same street, it forms an interesting ensemble of old houses that are still in use.
