An individual residential building of old town architecture.
The building consists of a ground floor and two upper floors, with impressive dimensions and all original construction elements preserved from the period in which it was built. A distinctive feature is that access from the street is through a wooden gate set within a high stone boundary wall, leading into a front courtyard. The ground floor is built of stone, with a centrally positioned wooden entrance door. The upper floors are constructed in a bondruk (timber-frame) system. The front façade is fully whitewashed, with wooden frames around the windows, and a centrally positioned balcony with a wrought iron railing. The year of construction, 1825, is marked on the fasade.
