The building is a late 19th-century example of old-town architecture. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The floor structure is wooden, while the ground floor is built of stone with a white lime-rendered facade. The rooms are wooden, built-in, and divided.
The cultural property represents significant historical evidence of the life and work of the National Hero Slavcho Stojmenski and of the organization and illegal activities of the youth organization against fascism, which was led by Slavcho Stojmenski. The building does not possess significant architectural qualities, but it represents an example of an urban house belonging to poorer families.
