OFFICIAL NAME: School where Goce Delchev taught in Novo Selo, 1894–1896, ul. “Dimitar Vlahov” 66, Shtip

The school is located in the courtyard of the Church of St. Bogorodica. From the old school where Goce Delchev taught, only the ground floor and two upper floors have remained, as the building suffered fire damage in 1942 and was later restored. The interior layout dates from 1947, when one additional floor was built, and since then the building has had its present physical form, with a ground floor and two upper floors. On the southern side of the building, a memorial plaque has been installed in honor of the revolutionary’s work.

A reconstruction of the building was carried out according to a project prepared by UGD, on the basis of which conservation approval was issued, and during 2010–2013 it was implemented; today the building houses the Rectorate of UGD.
